What to Expect

First Time at MCC?

When you attend a service at Miamisburg Christian Church (MCC), you’ll hear a relevant, life-giving message. You’ll see people engaging in passionate and encouraging worship led by our worship band. You can come as you are and you’ll be made to feel welcome and accepted. MCC places incredible value on being authentic. Come as you are, our atmosphere is laid back and casual.

You can have a cup of coffee, meet some new friends, and experience the unforgettable grace of God. We know visiting an unfamiliar church for the first time can be a little intimidating and maybe even uncomfortable for some people. We want to make your visit as memorable and enjoyable as possible.

Most services last about an hour, and we offer age appropriate programming for birth-grade 12. We have something for all ages on Sunday morning, so no matter what your age, you're welcome to attend! All services include a time of teaching and communion. If you miss a message you can watch any of them below

Frequently Asked Questions

What will happen when I visit MCC for the first time?

When you are visiting with us we promise to give you the “Hassle-Free Guarantee.” We will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money to our church. On your first visit if you come to the info corner you can expect a gift. Just our way of saying thanks for spending your Sunday morning with us. Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if MCC is for you.

What do I wear to attend your services, and how long do they last?

You’ll find everything from shorts and flip flops to dress shirts and jackets.  Feel free to wear what is comfortable for you, because at MCC, it’s not about how you look on the outside. Our services last about sixty minutes.

What about my children?

We’re so glad you asked! Kids are a huge priority at MCC! You’ll find all of our children’s spaces are designed specifically for kids and are fun, clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers, who have undergone a thorough background check. We just don’t put anyone in a classroom with kids!  And, we’re not just baby-sitting. While you relax and enjoy a great worship experience, your kids will be learning important life-lessons, and deepening their understanding about God as well.

Middle and High school students meet during our 11:00 am service.
