Miamisburg Christian Church is an independent church dedicated to New Testament faith and practices. The internal organization of the church is described by a set of bylaws and an organization chart.
Here at MCC we have a team which is dedicated to using their gifts to help you in your walk with Christ. You will find that our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds with a variety of interests. Please contact any of our staff members with questions you might have.

Mike Tuttle, Senior Minister

Family Background:
Mike was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. It was while he attended
Milligan College in Johnson City, TN that he met Sandy. In an act of
compassion and mercy, Sandy agreed to marry Mike. They have 2 children,
Casie and Joshua.
Ministry Background:
During his years in college, Mike served as a weekend Youth Minister at
the Buffalo Valley Church of Christ. After graduating from Milligan, he
returned to Columbus as the Associate Minister with his home church,
Eastpointe Christian Church. Mike worked with the youth there for 13
1/2 years and then served as the Senior Minister from 1996-2002. Easter
Sunday of 2002 was Mike's first Sunday at MCC.
Education:
Mike has a BA in Bible from Milligan College and has fullfilled credit
work toward a Master's Degree at both Trinity Lutheran Seminary and
Cincinnati Bible University.
Hobbies and Interests:
Mike is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing all kinds of sports
including softball, volleyball, basketball, football and tennis. He
also enjoys taking walks and riding bikes with his wife, reading and
watching movies. Although it has been noted that the older he gets, the
more he enjoys a good brisk nap. On Saturdays in the fall, it is not
unusual to find Mike screaming at the television while watching the
Ohio State University football team.

Skyline Chili, the Hamburger Wagon and Wagner Chips.

Rich McKinley, Discipleship Minister

Ministry Background:
Rich began ministry in 1985 while attending Kentucky Christian
University. His first 15 years were spent in Youth Ministry with
churches in Ohio and Kentucky. Since 1996, he has been involved in missions, taking over 250 people on short term mission trips.
In May of 2000, Rich accepted the position of Minister of Discipleship
at MCC. His role focuses on adult education, small groups, missions and
counseling. Rich also serves as the chaplain for the Miamisburg Police
Department.
Education:
Rich has a B.S. in Bible and Psychology from Kentucky Christian
University (1987). In 1999, he completed an M.A. in Counseling from
Eastern Kentucky University. Professionally, he is a member of Chi
Sigma Iota (International honor society for professional counselors),
American Academy of Bereavement, and the American Association of
Christian Counselors.
Family:
Rich met his wife Kim while at KCU. They married July 20, 1985. Kim is
a talented singer, enjoys almost anything creative and taking care of her friends. They have been blessed with
three sons: Tyler 20, Travis 16, and Cody 14.
Hobbies and Interests:
If it happens outside, Rich likes it. He enjoys: hunting, fishing,
biking, building, sand volleyball (he will play inside too) and weight
lifting. Don't bother him on Friday, he's hanging out with his wife!

Scott Cronin, Student Minister

Personal History:
Scott grew up in Mount
Vernon, Ohio and is a 2001
graduate of Mount Vernon
High School. He and his wife, Katie, met at Mount Vernon
Nazarene University
while Katie was studying to become a teacher. Scott
and Katie were married on December 17, 2005.
Ministry Experience:
Scotts experience includes: Three
internships (Discover Christian Church, Barberton First
Church of Christ, and his home church, Central Church of
Christ) where he has:
- Taught Middle School and High School Sunday morning classes
- Organized and led Sunday night programs
- Organized and led Discipleship Groups
- Planned and led events/trips including Lock-ins, Retreats, CIY, Camp, Laser Tag, Corn-Mazes
Led teen worship
He has also been involved as a church
camp dean, led some inner-city outreach teams in working with soup kitchens and
homeless ministries, and participated in mission trips.
Adam Young, Worship Minister

Family Background:
Adam was born in Aurora, CO and raised in Parker, CO and just recently
found out that he went to high school with Dana Perino, the former
White House spokesperson. His wife Debby and he met in Colorado after
Adam graduated from college, and they have been married for twelve
years. Adam and Debby have one incredibly fun and amazing daughter
named Noelle.
Education and Ministry Background:
Adam graduated from Pacific Christian College (now Hope
International University) in 1993 with a degree in youth ministry and
Bible, and after interning at a church in Arizona became youth minister
at his home church in Colorado, where he served for almost seven years.
Adam served at a church in Dallas as student minister for two years
after that, and then has served as worship minister at churches in
Arizona, Ohio and a brief return stint back to Colorado before coming
back to Ohio.
Hobbies and Interests:
Adam loves messing around with all kinds of musical instruments:
guitars, bass, drums and he has a cello that he hasn't played once but
will hopefully find the time to learn soon. He has recently found the
joy of Wii and has fun pulling all kinds of muscles playing. He also
loves to hang out with his family and find new places around southwest
Ohio to visit. In the last couple of years, Adam has become passionate
about fighting child trafficking and child slavery around the world,
and dreams about ways to inform and motivate people to make a
difference in this area. Adam is a Colorado sports fan (especially
Colorado Avalanche hockey) but has also adopted The Ohio State
University as his college sports team because he likes them and not
because he's afraid of Mike, Ben and Scott.
Favorite Musical Artists/Influences:
U2, Radiohead, Jimmy Eat World, Snow Patrol, Coldplay, Hillsong United,
Brooke Fraser, Future of Forestry, Mute Math, Damien Rice, Jeremy
Riddle, Phil Wickham, Weezer and Foo Fighters. Favorite Food:
Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Karin Cornwell, Director of Operations

Ministry Background:
Karin was born and raised here in Miamisburg and other than time away
for college, has attended MCC her entire life. She has served in
several ministries over the years but now focuses her energy and love
on God's little ones.
Family:
Karin met her husband Jason in 1994 and they were
married in August of 1995. They have one child, Jackson born in 1998.
Karin's mom, Jayne Hansel also attends MCC. She enjoys serving in a
Church where she considers so many people family; where so many people
have influenced her all her life.
Hobbies & Interests:
Karin loves to scrapbook when time allows. She loves to prepare huge
meals for all to enjoy, have people over to visit, and of course
shopping!!
Weena Denlinger, Director of Children's Ministry

Family Background:
Weena is married to Scott Denlinger and has twin sons - Jacob and Caleb. Jacob and Caleb are sophomores at Miamisburg High School.
Ministry Background:
As
a PK (preachers kid) Weena has grown up in and around the church. She
has been at MCC for 13 years and involved in various ministries
including pianist, creative team for worship and curriculum development,
small group leader, womens bible study facilitator and worship
leader. Other ministries include our recent mission trip to Haiti,
local mission trips and service projects, and community events. She has
served in childrens worship, VBS, camp, and other childrens events.
Hobbies & Interests:
Avid & spirited fan of the Miamisburg Viking Boys Soccer Team, especially #s 4 & 6! Go Vikes!! 
Hanging out with the coolest three guys on the planet

Linda Borsos, Classic Worship Leader

Linda has been a member of Miamisburg Christian Church most of her
life. She has served in various ministry capacities over the years with
her main focus being in music as accompanist, choir director and
worship coordinator. In her high school days she was the pianist for
the Evangelizers, a gospel quartet, and traveled throughout the
tri-state area.
Family:
Linda was raised in Springboro, Ohio and currently lives in West
Carrollton. She has one brother, Rick Stahl, who also attends MCC and 3
sisters. Her pride and joy are her two beautiful daughters, Amy, 27 and
Angela, 30. She is a proud Ma-maw to her two granddaughters, Breanna, 4
and Ali 2.
Education:
Linda graduated from Ozark Bible College in Joplin, Missouri in 1977
with an Associate in Music Ministry and an Associate in Ministry. While
there she traveled with a womens trio and the school choir. She
attended Sinclair Community College and in 2007 received a Certificate
in Deaf Studies. She has shared her love for Christ with the Deaf
community through music. Linda says, At a time in my life when it was
difficult to sit down to the piano or sing, God led me to continue to
share His love through music, it was just in another language.
Hobbies and Interests:
Linda has 3 major addictions, her granddaughters, traveling and
scrapbooking. She also loves to knit while watching Castle, American
Idol or a really good chic-flick. She enjoys a quiet evening or
Saturday morning at home snuggled up with a good book, a good cup of
coffee and her 2 daschunds, Belle and Ginger.
